The Museum operates from 11am to 2pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Appointments for groups can be made by arrangement.

The PS Waimarie is a unique turn of the century paddle steamer that sails the Whanganui River.

 The Waimarie is now closed for the winter season and maintenance.
